Returns + Refunds

Each year Red Cup Flowers ships fresh flower seeds we harvest on our own micro-farm as well as from industry suppliers. We strive for a germination rate exceeding 85%. However, because we can not control the planting environment of our seeds, we are not able to offer refunds if our seeds do not grow flowers. Our seed packaging, along with the product details on our website, provide planting directions for the best way to grow strong flowers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@redcupflowers.com if your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
