Amaranthus, also known as Amaranth and Tassel Flower, is known for its long, cascading blooms that are perfect for adding drama and vertical height to arrangements. The Emerald Tassel variety has pendulous ropes of lime green blooms.

While it can tolerate fair fertility and dry conditions, you will find with more fertile soil and moderate water the plants can grow up to 60" tall. Staking should be planned to keep the cascading blooms vertical.
