Why we love this flower:

  • Uses: Cut Flower, dried flower
  • Maintenance: Low, tolerates poor soil

It is hard to imagine a sunny perennial border without Echinacea! So much color in summertime and very easy to grow. Butterflies love the flowers, birds love the seeds, and we love the generous long-lasting bouquets.

Dazzling clean white petals are extra wide and surround a large golden yellow cone. Echinacea Pow Wow White will rebloom without deadheading, but trimming will keep it tidy, cheerful and bright!

This prolific bloomer is super easy to grow. Deadheading will prevent seeding, but birds are crazy about the seeds, and the seed heads are attractive in the winter, especially in the snow. If removing them, leave the foliage at the base of the plant to overwinter. May be slow to emerge in the spring. These generally don't need to be divided, but can be divided in early spring or early fall.
